OSHA 10 and OSHA 30

OSHA Classes-Help-A-Heart CPR, LLC
Whether it’s your first time entering the workforce (OSHA 10), or you’ve been a supervisor for years (OSHA 30), we have the right Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) card for you.
As a Health Safety Institute (HSI) Training Center and authorized provider of OSHA courses, Help-A-Heart CPR offers the OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 for the general industry and construction using the HSI training and education platform. 
HSI is the only provider on the market to provide updated and engaging content for OSHA 10 and 30 curriculum in both English and Spanish.
These classes are all self-paced. Upon your selection, you can then purchase your course at bottom of screen where you will also be prompted to provide your full name and email address. The online course link will be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving your payment and registration information.
​Individuals have 180 days to complete training from the start of the program and receive an OSHA course completion card upon completion. The OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 classes are 100% online.

OSHA 10-General Industry

As a general industry worker, you must be aware of the latest safety standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). You also must find time in your busy schedule to complete your required continuing education units (CEU). Designed to allow you to accomplish both, our OSHA 10-Hour General Industry course is an online OSHA-authorized version of OSHA’s popular Outreach Training Program and covers what you need to know to stay safe on the job. Upon completion, all course participants will receive a certificate of completion right away and earn their Department of Labor (DOL)/OSHA 10-Hour Card shipped within two weeks, allowing them to seek or maintain employment.​

The OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course is designed to take four days to complete and provides an expansive list of safety topics associated with workplace hazards including, but not limited to recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of hazards.

Participants of the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training can expect that this training features the required steps of completing OSHA Outreach Training. Upon completion, all course participants will receive a certificate of completion right away and earn their Department of Labor (DOL)/OSHA 30-Hour Card shipped within two weeks and achieving the safety level prescribed by individual employers for work within the General Industry sector.
