AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION CPR CLASSES

Basic life support (BLS) for healthcare providers

For all healthcare providers basic life support (BLS) training is vital. In the U.S., there is a mandated American Heart Association (AHA) protocol for the immediate treatment of critical events that must be closely followed by all healthcare providers. Acquiring the American Heart Association BLS CPR certification is the responsibility of all healthcare providers that are providing medical care to the general public, and with frequent changes being made to the AHA guidelines, BLS renewal is also mandatory and required every two years. 
(2 Year AHA Certification) – Same Day BLS Certification Card!
Recommended for: MDs, RNs, EMTs, Dentists, Pharmacists, and Medical Personnel
THE BLS CPR CLASS COVERS:
  • Adult, Child, and Infant CPR
  • Conscious and Unconscious Choking for victims of all ages
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use and special considerations
  • Breathing Barriers, Bag Valve Masks, and 2 Rescuer CPR
  • Cardiopulmonary Emergencies and Special Resuscitation Situations
BLS CPR
Just a reminder. Per the American Heart Association you MUST take the course pre-test for all ACLS and PALS provider classes. You need to print out and bring your pre-test results with you to the class. If the pre-course test results are not provided at the time of your class, you will have 24 hours from the class start time to provide this information to receive your card. If you can't provide your results within the 24 hours, we will not be able to issue you your card. If you have not taken the pre-course yet, please go to our ACLS pre-course self-assessment and PALS pre-course self-assessment page. We apologize for this but these rules are coming from the American Heart Association and our Training Center. Please call with any questions. Thank you.

ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT (ACLS) INITIAL

ACLS certification provides clinical and treatment guidelines for healthcare providers. Knowledge of these guidelines have been proven to help sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), stroke and other emergency victims get the best results possible.
However, acquiring the ACLS certification is more than just a certification. ACLS training provides offers empowerment and comprehensive knowledge for healthcare providers offering them the skills and resources to be prepared for real emergencies that they may experiences on a daily basis. ACLS renewal certification is also mandatory and required every two years.

ACLS Renewal

PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (PALS)-INITIAL

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is provided to those healthcare providers that are seeking to be properly trained on life-threatening situations involving children. In PALS certification classes, the student will learn about the different emergency response techniques applied to certain situations when a child’s life is threatened by a medical emergency. PALS renewal certification is also mandatory and required every two years.
(2 Year AHA Certification)  – Same Day Certification Card!
Recommended for any healthcare professionals and medical personnel who may respond to pediatric emergencies.
The PALS Class covers:
  • The systematic approach to Pediatric Assessment
  • Management of pediatric respiratory emergencies
  • Vascular access (Including intraosseous training)
