E-Card Electronic Order
Help-A-Heart CPR Instructors may order their American Heart Association e-cards directly through the payment portal below. The American Heart Association Instructor ID and e-card order code is required. If you do not have the e-card order code, please email us directly or call 210-380-5344.
E-card orders are processed Monday-Thursday 9am to 5pm CST and Friday 9am to 1pm CST with the exception of recognized holidays. All e-card orders are non-returnable. The e-card processing time is 24 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends.
