ONLINE FIRST AID & CPR CLASSES
How Does it Work?
The American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and American Safety Health Institute (ASHI) have released Blended and CPR online training allowing for a more fluid blended education. It is a blended learning curriculum allowing students to take and learn the material at their own pace. Upon completion of an Online AHA or ARC course, the student will be required to come into an approved AHA and ARC Instructor with the appropriate discipline to take the “Skills Test”. You MUST have the certificate of completion from the Online AHA or ARC course ready (on your phone or printed) when you come to class. During the skills checkoff, we will go over any questions you have, do some practice, and complete the skill checkoff with a skill test. During the ARC blending learning skills session, the student will view a series of training modules and then complete the skills checkoff. Upon successful completion of both online and in-class skills test, the student will receive a valid AHA and or ARC Certification Card good for 2 years!
